Fairbridge Village – our event site
Gates open 10am Friday 21 April, 8am Saturday 22 April and Sunday 23 April and Monday 24 April 2017.
The Fairbridge Festival is located at the historic Fairbridge Village on the South West Highway about an hour south of the city of Perth, Western Australia, and five minutes north of the town of Pinjarra. Fairbridge Village is a heritage listed site – we want to tread lightly and leave no impact. Share the journey with friends – old or new!
So you’re packing up the car and heading to your favourite festival…road trips are more fun with friends – old or new! If you can, make sure you’re sharing the ride to minimise the environmental impact. It’ll also reduce those long entry queues on the way in. If you have spare seats or want to catch a lift, get onto our Facebook event page and put a call out to see who needs a lift or to ask who has a spare seat in their car. Please talk to your friends about car pooling so we have fewer emissions on the way and less vehicles parked on site. There are other benefits as well; you get to share the petrol costs and will make some new friends.
Share a ride to Fairbridge Festival with fellow festival goers!
Head to Coseats.com to share a ride to the event. Or, if you are driving and have spare seats in your car why not post a ride and fill those empty seats with some company for the road. You can meet some cool new people, save money and even save the environment!
Shuttle bus service from the city
West Coast Bus Charters has introduced a shuttle bus service for each of the four days of the festival (Fri – Mon) from and to the Wellington Street coach rank: 9am departure from the city with a 9pm return departure from the festival. Only $25.00 per person each way.
Call their office to book your seats on the express service or enquire on a charter vehicle for your group’s requirements.

Either way, you’ll see a large Fairbridge Village sign 5 Km north of Pinjarra on the eastern side of South West Highway. Travel 3km along Fairbridge Road to the village entry.
There are public transport options for travelling to Mandurah and Pinjarra. However, there are no buses from Mandurah to Pinjarra on the weekend so you will need someone to meet you at Mandurah station or use a taxi. Please check TransPerth journey planner prior to leaving, as timetables may change.
TransWA operate the Australind train service twice daily from Perth City Railway Station, East Perth, stopping at Armadale, Byford, Mundijong, Serpentine, North Dandalup and Pinjarra. Advanced bookings must be made to board and embark at any of these stations. Again, you will need someone to meet you in Pinjarra as there are no taxis between Pinjarra and the festival site.
