Let’s Get Physical
This team is for Olivia Newton-John fans. Just kidding! This team is for fit and energetic people who want to get their hands dirty. Whether it’s setting up the site, hauling infrastructure, wielding drills, or creating beautiful site decoration. We need you to be strong, creative, and a problem solver. Tradies encouraged!
Example roles: signage and decoration team, site crew, entry crew, traffic management, green team, camping marshalls…
Shiny Happy People
For all customer-facing roles. We love smiling faces and top-notch people skills. We need you to have good computer skills and be a fast-learner. If you have experience in retail, hospitality, admin roles, events, customer service… we want you!
Example roles: shop assistants, Ticket Tent crew, info desk, artist liaison…
The Young Ones
If you have a working with children check (or are prepared to get one) and love working with kids/youth, this is your area. We have lots of roles helping out in the kids or youth festival areas. We want people who love working with young people!
Most of these roles are creative too, so any artistic streaks you have are a big bonus.
Example roles: kids arts workshop assistant, teenager arts workshop assistant, face painters…
The Road Crew
If you have events experience, we’d love you in this team.
If you have worn theatre blacks, or know what backline is, or are comfortable in a greenroom, this is the team for you.
Example roles: instrument deliveries, stage management….
