Bec is passionate about reducing our waste, using what we already have and prolonging the life of our favourite clothing. Come and learn how to use up scrap fabric by making string and patching those tears and holes in your favourite garments. It’s time for some slow mending (mend-i-tation) and environmentally friendly crafts.

Bec Massey runs a small sewing business called Thready Set Go. Born from a need to stem the flow of textiles into landfill, she reimagines remnants and vintage fabrics into a small range of reusable everyday products, including reusable makeup removers, stainless steel straw keepers, pencil rolls and cutlery wraps. By creating reusable products from excess textiles, Bec feels like she is reducing waste twice, both in the fabrics being recycled and the products she makes. They’re designed to be funky and practical, making your zero waste journey convenient and stylish.
