You can email hello@folkworld.com.au to discuss options. Printed tickets are not required as tickets can be scanned at entry.
Sorry no refunds will be given. Exchanges are permitted through TryBooking. If the ticket values are identical, no fee applies.
We have adopted all the latest security recommendations and believe the system meets current best practice.
An e-ticket will be issued once your transaction has been completed. You can print the ticket as soon as they arrive by email or you can save and print just before the festival. Whatever makes it easier for you, so you don’t forget your tickets.

At this stage we are not offering gate tickets, please watch social media for any update. Make sure you are subscribed to our e-News.
Only to those who have a valid entry ticket and have not purchased a camping ticket and they will need to pay for camping at that time.
Gates will open at 12 midday Friday and there is strictly no attendee access prior to this time. You may remain in the queue and will be scanned at entry when the gates open.
We are required to have all infrastructure, cottages and camping cleared for handover to the Village by 12pm on Monday following the event. Please be respectful of the work that will remain for our crew as part of our pack-down. If you can assist, please let our crew know and we would like to say thank you. Many hands make light work.
The day on which you arrive at the festival is the date on which your age qualification is determined, not the date of ticket purchase.
The age range is 18 to 29 years.
The age range is 6 to 17 years.
Children up to and including 5 years have free entry and camping. A zero ticket purchase is required. Children and teens 5-17 yrs need to purchase a ticket.
Children under 5 years are free to enter and camp and a ticket must be purchased through TryBooking for entry and accommodation there will be no charge. We require a date of birth when purchasing.

Camping tickets per person to be purchased with an entry ticket and provide a camping site approximately 3 m x 5 m.
No, all camping must be purchased with an entry ticket per person.
The camping areas are Kingsley Park and the Oval and are located within easy walking distance of the festival precinct.
One ticket holder can arrive and ‘hold’ a site nearby whilst waiting for their friends to arrive, however Fairbridge Festival is not responsible if someone chooses to camp on this site. It’s up to you to maintain a watch until the site is filled.
No. You must purchase a Festival Entry and Camping ticket as our camping is a ‘per person pays’ system.
We recommend you arrive together to find a spot for your group or bring their tent and set it up for them. What a great friend!
Our volunteer vehicle marshals will help you find your camp area as per your ticket. Access ways will be designated and we ask that you comply.
Yes. There are no marked sites within each camping area. When you arrive inside your chosen area, just find a spot that suits you and set up your camp. Please be considerate of others and only use the space you actually need. It goes without saying that if someone has already set up camp, you can’t move their stuff!
Oval Camping and Kingsley Park are designated ‘no vehicle movement’.
There is only room for one car per family-sized group in the camping areas. If you have two cars you will need to leave one of them in a designated car park, our Camping Marshals will assist you.
Yes, you can bring a camper trailer, campervan or caravan. However, there are vehicle restrictions in some areas.

Yes, but we ask that you consider your neighbours with noise and pollution. Midnight – 6 am curfew.
We are happy for you to sit with and visit with friends, please remember there may be parents with small children in the same area, so please respect bedtime after 8pm and move to a venue and continue hanging with your friends and family.
No open fires are allowed anywhere in the camping areas or the festival precinct. However, you can use small gas camp stoves.
Yes, tap water is available onsite and marked on the event site map. We recommend bringing your own water for the duration and a reusable bottle.
The event camping is ‘no vehicle movement’ unless you advise us on arrival that it will be essential and we will direct you to a car parking area. We recommend stocking up before you arrive or use the many catering outlets onsite.
There are no grocery items available for purchase onsite. Gus’s Bar will have bags of ice available.
Waste facilities in the festival and camping areas will be limited. To help keep the site manageable, we ask that you flatten, pack down, and take waste offsite where possible. Thank you for helping us look after the site and the festival.
Yes, guide dogs are very welcome at the festival. Please ensure your guide dog is under control at all times and any doggy deposits are promptly cleaned up and placed in the waste bins provided.

Although we generally have good weather, being late April, it can still be quite warm, so remember your sunscreen and can get cool at night and in the mornings.
Being prepared will help if it rains. Our venues are all under cover, so any rain will not interrupt your festival enjoyment!
These facilities are grouped together to allow efficient servicing, water supply and cleaning. Facilities are located at Kingsley Park and the Oval and identified on the event site map. Locations are subject to change due to unforeseen site conditions.
No, sorry. Fairbridge Village is a heritage listed site and facilities are rudimentary.
Yes, we offer parking just inside the main entry gate our Entry staff will access upon arrival.
There are great food outlets and food trucks located within the festival precinct.
No sorry. The best thing is to lock them in your car when you are away from your campsite or carry your cash and cards in a money belt.
Bikes, scooters, skateboards and drones are not permitted in the festival precinct. Festival production and crew members are excluded.
Festival staff and security directions must be followed at all times.
We recommend you report to First Aid if you have a serious condition and it will be noted as requested. Attendees remain responsible for medications and management.
Cottage accommodation is available via our ticketing system at trybooking.com Fairbridge Festival Tickets. There is also a range of off-site accommodation in Pinjarra and Mandurah.
Sorry, no, we recommend you bring a valid credit or debit card and cash if desired. We cannot guarantee all vendors will accept cash. Square readers will be used by Vendors, Merchandise Tent and Licensed Venues.
A Responsible Adult is someone aged 18 years or over who is responsible for the care and supervision of a child or young person while attending the festival. A Responsible Adult may be required to assist an inebriated attendee who has had their alcohol cut-off and enable them to return to their accommodation.
All venues and thoroughfares within the festival precinct are smoke free including all venues, catering and markets and access ways between. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages, on verandas or in any buildings.
Yes, there are two licensed areas. Consumption of alcohol is not permitted outside of the licensed areas and BYO is not permitted. Please be responsible in consumption of alcohol.
Our Approved Manager will manage the attendee and engage security and the Event Manager or their delegate to manage. Alcohol will be cut-off and the attendee will be escorted out of the premises and handed to a responsible adult.
Sound and video recordings of performances cannot be made for commercial use without prior written consent of the event organisers.
Festival attendees may be photographed and their images used in social media. If this is not acceptable, please discuss with our headquarters team.
This is a rural site with uneven ground and natural hazards. While all reasonable care is taken, attendees are responsible for being aware of their surroundings.
The Fairbridge Village is a rural setting and glass items, weapons and fireworks are not permitted and if discovered will be confiscated and if weapons or fireworks may be referred to the police.
A first aid station will be manned during the event and will be located at the entry area near Belfast cottage.
Please connect with a crew member who will have a two-way radio and report any incident or emergency as soon as possible following identification.
Yes, within the Children’s Area we will have table where a form is completed, contact information recorded on wristband and a photograph may be taken with the parent or guardian’s permission. Photographs will only be used in the event of a lost child and distributed to security and event management only. The children’s registration form is available on our website.
Please go to Headquarters at Belfast which is the first cottage as you enter the village and complete a Lost Child form including contact details and camping location. Our experienced team will alert venue managers, security and other crew members with the appropriate information about lost children. Children are often discovered in children’s area which is a magnet for them.
If possible, take the child to Headquarters and assist our team to complete the necessary forms. If the child is reluctant to move from their location, ensure a crew member is notified and our team will take the necessary steps to ensure the safety and wellbeing of any found children. Any staff member with a radio can also assist in this situation.
